Drive talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring events, and create a strong talent pipeline.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by coaching managers on interviewing techniques and guiding them through the selection process.Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements and consult on the recruitment strategy and process.Lead recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through internal networks, universities, professional organizations, and social media.Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening and interviews to background checks and hiring decisions.Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, universities, and internal teams to drive talent acquisition programs and ensure compliance with employment laws.Use HRIS systems to track recruitment metrics, report on hiring activities, and ensure accuracy in employee data.What You Can Bring:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:

3+ years of professional HR experience, with a specific emphasis on recruiting or talent acquisition.PHR/SPHR certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms, encompassing social media and applicant tracking systems.Exceptional analytical abilities with a capacity to analyze data, recognize trends, and propose effective solutions.Skilled in identifying and anticipating client needs, offering actionable recommendations, and delivering outstanding customer service.Strong communication skills with a track record of collaborating successfully with all organizational levels.Proven capability to juggle multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.Knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.Proficiency working with Microsoft products.Why GreenStone?
