Main Purpose:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning HR objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees, reflecting the organization's business objectives. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business, able to engage with business leaders, apply effective HR practices to drive employee retention, and deliver value-added HR programs.

Essential Functions:Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and workforce retention.Conducts new hire orientation as needed.Manages and resolves employee relations issues in partnership with HR leadership.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Manage Personnel Action Form (PAR) process.Prepare and assist with HR market data and workforce data requests.Performs other related duties as assigned.Benefits Offered:

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience in oil and gas.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employeerelations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.Bachelor's degree preferred.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus.Tools, Equipment, and Technology:

Environmental Conditions:

Most of the work is done in an office environment. Occasionally outdoor activities will be required as part of the role, including yard tours and job site visits.
