About the Role:

We are seeking passionate, motivated Phone Bankers to join our "Get Out the Vote" campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to registered voters to remind them of the importance of voting and providing essential information about how and where to cast their ballots. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased voter turnout and help shape the future of our community.

Responsibilities:Call registered voters to encourage them to vote in upcoming elections.Provide information about polling locations, early voting, and mail-in ballot procedures.Record feedback and maintain accurate call logs.Report any voter concerns or issues to the campaign coordinator.Uphold the mission and values of CAIR-LA while engaging with voters.Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone manner.Ability to work independently and meet weekly calling goals.Reliable internet connection and access to a phone or computer for calls.Commitment to 4 hours of phonebanking per week for 4 weeks.Previous experience in phonebanking, customer service, or outreach is a plus but not required.Passion for civic engagement and a commitment to increasing voter participation.Why Join Us?
