Position HighlightsPhysician-led, patient centered team-based supportive care environmentModerate scheduling templates promoting Work and Life BalanceEducate and empower your patients to take ownership of their healthFull complement of support teams to assist with patient careSupplemental Income, Growth into Leadership, and Teaching OpportunitiesIndependence in practice with strong cross-functional team providing patient-centric care with enough volume to keep you busy from day oneTreat a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to: hearing loss, sleep apnea, sinusitis, vertigo, chronic sore throats, tonsilitis, thyroid disorders, and tinnitus in both children and adultsPerform surgeries for thyroid and parathyroid; and expectations of reduced turnaround times for parathyroidectomies with rapid PTH testing added
Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive consultations by evaluating patient conditions and screening for diseases related to the Ear, Nose, and ThroatUtilize patient medical history as part of initial assessments and prescribing of medication for the treatment of any conditions applicablePerform non-invasive surgical procedures of the thyroid and parathyroidFrequently Performed Procedures include: Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Ear Tub Placement, Sinus Surgery (including Balloon Sinuplasty), Septoplasty, Thyroidectomy, Parathyroidectomy, and Vocal Cord Surgery

New York Residents Only : The salary range for
New York
residents is $399,516 to $601,667 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
