Capability Developer
in
Huntsville, AL.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer with capability development and integration processes, evaluating future concepts across DOTMLPF-P elements while assessing functionality, solution alternatives, operational and cost benefits including to identify risk(s). Experience needs to be in areas such as Space and High Altitude; Expertise in writing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) documents; leading assessments of current / future systems; provide development of emerging materiel solutions; synchronization of Army operational assessments; must also have experience in development, coordination, and staffing of appropriate Army/Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (ACIDS/JCIDS) documents, including the required supporting analysis and documentation.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:B.S and fifteen (15) years' of Space Systems experience; four (4) years of experience, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience in lie of degreeREQUIRED CLEARANCE:Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance; US Citizenship required.REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience needs to be in areas such as Space and High AltitudeExpertise in writing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) documentsSkilled in leading assessments of current / future systemsAble to provide development of emerging materiel solutionsKnowledgeable of synchronization of Army operational assessmentsExperience in development, coordination, and staffing of appropriate Army/Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (ACIDS/JCIDS) documents, including the required supporting analysis and documentationDESIRED SKILLS:Ability to identify/investigate source documents for quantitative and qualitative analysesExperience with OSC/DSC technologies, systems and integration effortsSpace Control technology development, user operational assessmentsExpertise in technology assessments to ensure acceptance and relevance for improvements that meet capability gapsExpertise in the development of system-related briefings and reports that include supporting graphics and other technical analysesTarget salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
