Job Description :
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions by verifying that business requirements are met, identifying defects, and maintaining overall product quality. This role requires hands-on involvement in writing test cases, coordinating testing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of results in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities :•Participate in requirement meetings and review functional design documents to create effective test cases.•Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into test cases.•Prepare project test plans, test scenarios, and execute test cases while adhering to organizational policies and standards.•Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps to document and manage test cases and related data.•Ensure the QA environment is prepared for test execution, including setting up necessary data and testing interface applications.•Manage defects by identifying and tracking them through remediation, maintaining traceability to user stories or requirements.•Obtain sprint sign-off by coordinating with product owners and ensure test completion at the end of each sprint.•Collaborate with UX/UI designers and assist with defect identification or management in their absence.•Work closely with QA specialists on complex projects and ensure all necessary QA documentation is completed and approved.•Adhere to established QA processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills:•7+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, with a strong understanding of both manual and automation testing concepts.•5+ years of experience testing in Agile and Waterfall development environments.•5+ years of experience writing and documenting test cases in Agile tools like DevOps.•7+ years of experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle databases.•7+ years of experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans for related projects.•5+ years of experience preparing test cases based on Agile User Stories.•7+ years of experience working independently and in collaborative team environments.
Nice To Have:•5+ years of experience writing test scripts with automation tools.•5+ years of experience coordinating Agile automated testing with QA and development teams.•2+ years of experience in coding with Java for test automation scripts using Selenium
