PROJECTS•Telephone and Field Service support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Provide technical support to ensure that hardware and software systems are fully functional•Assist in developing process improvements for increased efficiency•Maintain and support systems and equipment for employees•Asset management and tracking

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE•Junior or Senior studying in a related field•An interest in technology support•Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing•Attention to detail
