In this role, you'll be thego-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues throughphone and email, utilizing Yardi's state-of-the-art product suite. Yourcontribution will go beyond just support - you will actively collaborate withour team to drive continuous improvements and advancements in our products,ensuring our clients receive nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitivemarket. What You'll Do:Research, analyze and use yourproblem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues.Use your strong interpersonal skillsto help train clients on new features and functionality.Perform data mapping, conversionsand support software customization based on client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams intraining, conversions, sales and development on a regular basis.Build rapport with clients andperform systems and business process reviews and make recommendations on bestpractices.Collaborate closely with teammembers across the US, actively contributing to the collective success of theteam.WhoYou Are:Bachelor's degree in Business,Accounting, Information Management, or Healthcare.Prior experience working in acustomer support role setting and managing expectations.Project management, accounting,property management, or healthcare background.Strong proficiency in MS OfficeSuite and Outlook.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.Phenomenal customer service skillsand desire to go the extra mile.You are a faster learner and canlearn new concepts quickly.Excellent attention to detail andthe ability to prioritize effectively.High comfort level troubleshootingand problem-solving issues.Great people skills and the abilityto be personable and professional.Flexibility, and the ability tomanage changing priorities.Ideal to have:Previous technical support andapplication troubleshooting.Prior experience with Yardi software.SQL, Basic server and web serverknowledge.
