Architect/ManagerRole Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Lead QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead Quality Assurance operations across a suite of security products. This role requires overseeing the full QA lifecycle, creating strategies, and driving the implementation of automation processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team while also being hands-on, ensuring a robust testing environment and scalable QA architecture.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:

Lead a QA team of 10+ engineers, driving quality processes and best practices.QA Strategy & Architecture:

Architect and implement QA processes across 10+ products, focusing on both manual and automation testing strategies.Automation & Innovation:

Develop and drive the automation strategy. While Playwright is preferred, any equivalent automation tool can be used to suit project needs. This position will focus on scaling automation across products, as currently, only a few products have partial automation.Cross-Product Integration:

Build a horizontal testing framework that aligns across various product lines within the security domain, ensuring efficiency and standardization.Testcase & API Management:

Manage test cases using Zephyr and conduct API testing with Postman. Utilize an internal Python-based framework for additional automation tasks.Collaboration:

Work closely with product development teams to ensure smooth QA processes that align with product goals and timelines.Key Requirements:QA Expertise:

Proven experience with Testcase Management (Zephyr or similar), automation tools (Playwright or similar), and API testing (Postman or similar).Technical Leadership:

Ability to lead and mentor a QA team while also contributing to the hands-on implementation of QA strategies.Automation Focus:

Prior experience in implementing and scaling automation processes across multiple products. Any equivalent automation tool is acceptable, with flexibility around tool choice (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, etc.).Security Domain (Preferred):

Familiarity with the security industry or managing security-focused products is a plus, though not required.Portfolio Management:
