Quality Control Inspector
to support our West Sacramento location.Job Details:The Quality Control Inspector I is an entry-level position that will learn and utilize proper methods to measure quality for all phases of product manufacturing. They will maintain a system of records that provides full information regarding the testing of materials, tensioning, an inspection of finished products, camber, member dimensions, and concrete strength. The Quality Control Inspector I will work under the supervision of quality control Lead Inspector.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.Requirements:Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.A minimum of 2 years in concrete/construction-related field is required.Concrete testing experience is required (pre-pour and post-pour).Rebar InspectionForm InspectionWelding InspectionCompletion of required plant testing and inspection of materials and embeds for acceptance prior to initial concrete placement and daily check testing for quality maintenance.Inspection of forms and new setup changes prior to placement of concrete.Routing checks for block out position, cast-in items, position and amount of reinforcement, and any other critical tolerance items.Verify that items are properly secured during the placement of concrete.Inspection of finish to ensure that the product matches the standard established by the plant and client.
