Administrative Assistant II

for our

corporate office in Richmond, VA . The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales to ensure efficient operations within Sales organization.

Major Responsibilities Include

Respond to routine inquiries, compose correspondence from brief instructions or own knowledge of activities, prepare routine documents emphasizing accuracy and timelinessCoordinate meetings and other events conducted for the Sales departmentServes as a central point of contact for the Sales organization departmentCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for VP, SalesEstablish and maintain department planning calendarPrepare and/or edit presentational materialPrepare internal and external correspondenceCoordinate departmental meetings and travel schedules, as neededProvide administrative support for all areas within Sales operations, as neededMaintain data, reporting, and administer SalesforceCoordinate with the VP Sales in the establishment of daily prioritiesEnsure compliance in areas of assigned responsibilities, with company and department standards, policies and proceduresAccountable for the accurate and timely production of presentational and communication materialsProvides departmental administrative support and other assistance to facilitate the functional and operational aspects of the departmentPerforms administrative duties for Procurement DepartmentReconcile monthly AMEX statements for VP, SalesPerform other relevant duties as assigned by the VP SalesEducation:

Bachelor's degree preferred or directly related work experience is required.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, specialized administrative assistant training or equivalent work experience.

Skills:

Ability to perform under pressure, self-motivated, strong organizational, analytical and computer skills, Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and Excellent administrative assistant skills required
