Perform implementation of individual Performance Improvement Program processes and any associated activities including the improvement of these tools. Continuously improve performance improvement program execution to increase efficiency and results of the program and ensure effective identification, screening, analysis, resolution, implementation and measurement of performance issues. Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programsPerform Trending Analysis - Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.Lead CAP investigations and support IR reviewsManage performance indicator and response to trendsPrepare packages to support PI meetingsInnovation and projects ? as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBS in Technical discipline with 2 years relevant experience Or High School Diploma with 6 years relevant experience Or Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experienceQualifications:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in PI/OR ProgramsPrevious SRO license/certificationRoot Cause Qualified
