Lead software design and development of tools and/or end-to-end data flow. Provide/author documentation, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by software development procedures and processes. Provide/author and participate in technical presentations. Minimum 8 years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python. Minimum 7 years of experience developing in Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and/or UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments. Minimum 6 years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques, 5 of which were for the US Government. Minimum 4 years in network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs using expert understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols. Expert ability in Unix and/or Windows low-level internals. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Employees receive two complementary branded clothing orders annually. $77.79 - $105.53 an hour Pay Range: $ 77.79 - $ 105.33 per hour Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
