Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:Provide and perform routine Oracle R12.1.3 functional support, management, and maintenanceWork as an intermediary to discover and define new business process requirementsSupport the entire process of design for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and ReturnsCollaborate with the Development team through all phases (i.e. Design, Test, Production)Assist in project planning, resource planning, solution review, and change of management techniquesCoordinate with process stakeholders and developers for Aftermarket locationsRequired Skills and Abilities
Essential Skills and Experience:
4+ years of overall ERP experience3+ years of Oracle EBS experienceDetailed understanding of Order Management (OM) and related modules such as INV, WSH, PO, etc.Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Knowledge of EDI processes (850, 855, etc.)Picking and ShippingAbility to prioritize tasks, projects, etc. to maintain a high productivity levelAbility to work with users in order to implement solutions and business processesAbility to effectively and efficiently communicate to users and developersBeneficial Skills and Experience
SQLExperience with Automotive Aftermarket business and processesIntegration with Inventory and Purchasing modulesAbility to work in a high-volume environmentExperience with forms personalization developmentEducation/Training/Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferredAny related Oracle certificates is beneficial but not requiredTravel Requirements
Approximately 15 %Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.Work Environment Requirements
