Primary Skills: Pipeline Creation (Expert), Data Modeling (Expert), SQL (Advanced), Bug Troubleshooting (Intermediate), Python (Advanced),Contract Type: W2 OnlyDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: San Diego, CA (#LI-Hybrid)Pay Range: $70 - $78 per hour#LPJOB SUMMARY:As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing efficient data models and optimizing data pipelines to enhance business operations and drive actionable insights. You will work closely with internal and external clients to understand their data analytical needs and may also assist in deploying systems to capture essential business operation data. This role offers the opportunity to guide business data analysts towards optimal data design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine data models and data designs.Transform and optimize data pipelines for scalability and efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver comprehensive recommendations.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and bugs in the system.Provide guidance and mentorship to other business data analysts on best practices in data modeling and pipeline optimization.Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Pipeline creation and maintenance, especially in a UAT environment.Strong experience with Data Modeling and SQL (including Spark, PrestoDB).Experienced in Python for data analysis.Domain Experience:
Prior experience in the technology or finance sector is beneficial but not strictly required.
