AMPosition Summary:The Supervisor is responsible for servicing the needs of the individual airline and the associated requirements of their aircraft in accordance with the airline and JetStreams policies and procedures for all aspects of a successful cabin cleaning operation. The Supervisor coordinates staff and delegates work assignments of the interior aircraft cleaning crew. Supervisor will encourage, build trust, respect and cooperation among team members, thus motivating staff, individually and as a group.Responsibilities:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Coach, mentor and counsel cabin service agents to work together for continuous development of a safe and successful Cabin Cleaning teamOversee the maintenance of and strict adherence to shift schedules for respective personnelHold daily shift briefings to communicate pertinent information e.g., daily flight activity, irregular operations, crew assignments, new/changed SOPs, shift-swap rules, areas needing improvement, etc.Monitor the teams activities through visual inspections, quality assurance and compliance checksEnsure timely completion of assigned duties and report any deviations of procedures to managementConfer with management on workers performance appraisals and/or disciplinary actionsEnsure cabin service agents are in compliance with uniform, appearance and personal protective equipment (PPE) policiesObserve and enforce safety procedures, including conducting daily vehicle safety auditsEnsure cabin service agents remain up-to-date with company policies and security regulationsOversee warehouse inventory, orderliness and cleanlinessComplete equipment and vehicle inspection checklistDevelop and maintain a good rapport with airport business partners and airline personnel.Give immediate notification to management when anticipating or experiencing irregular operations that may impact our team members or service to our customersMaintain a level of professionalism that will ensure all cabin service agents remain conscientious and motivated when completing job assignmentsCheck emails twice daily and use email etiquette at all timesOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:Competencies:Strong working knowledge of airline operationsWork schedule understandingOperational flow knowledge (hourly/daily activity)Ability to develop effective relationships at all levelsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishRequired Education & Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)1-2 years of related experience cleaning houses, offices, and/or buildingsAdditional Requirements:Possess a valid US drivers licenseMust pass drug screen and a 10-year FAA background check (employment/criminal)Reliable method of transportation to arrive at the work location on-timeWilling to work evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be able to handle multiple tasks and seek assistance from fellow team members as necessaryMust be able to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional and effective approach to high stress situationsMust be able to interact directly with customers, airline personnel and fellow team members to resolve problems and issues that may arise during the shiftLearn the various types of aircraft in the airlines fleet and their individual cleaning requirements

The employee may become exposed to the elements including but not limited to heat, rain, snow and loud noises. Hours will vary based on operational needs.
