Job DescriptionAutomotive Dealer Group in the Sacramento market area is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching, training and leading a team in the Import Automotive market. We are looking for 2+ years of GSM experience and 5+ years' automotive sales management experience with a proven success record to increase unit volume, CSI and gross profit.
This opportunity is for forward thinking, professional, career minded individual.
Previous sales, Digital understanding, F&I, Used/New car Sales Manager experience is a must. Leadership skills must be top tier in order to be considered.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:• Minimum 3 years auto sales management experience required•Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals•Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills•Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment•Strong written and communication skills•Consistent and stable work history•Valid driver's license and clean driving record•Professional appearance and work ethic
