MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, an OrthoAlliance Partner PracticeDepartment: MarketingOffice Locations: Based in Cincinnati with travel to other locationsResponsible To: V.P. of Marketing and Director of MarketingPosition Summary:The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator develops and implements the organization's social media strategy, and supports various integrated marketing efforts for OrthoAlliance and partner practice needs. Develops and maintains online content that attracts attention, generates interest via campaigns, and is easily shared with social networks. Implements tools to manage content calendar, collaborate with vendors, collect and utilize metrics and to enhance traffic and engagement with a social network. Monitors, posts to, and analyzes social media and digital channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction with OrthoAlliance and our partner practices. Leads social media communication projects that support and enhance the organization's brand and operations. Manages relationships with external creative partners. Assists where can and needed with outreach marketing and events. Role can be based out of Cincinnati with remote option - and onsite presence for required team meetings and reviews as requested.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine social media strategyMonitors, posts to, and analyzes social media channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction on our sitesPrepares social media content to support our brands in alignment to overall content calendar, PR, and additional media led throughout other team members and practicesSupports various integrated marketing and campaign efforts not only through social media, but content, performance metrics, web, and occasional outreach or eventsManages and collaborates with external creative partner to develop social media calendars aligned with organization's digital marketing strategies.Adjusts posts and social media plan to facilitate latest social media trends.Responds to all social media reviews, posts, and ratings utilizing reputation management platformAssists with service recovery in regards to social media interactions.Tracks efforts to ensure revenue growthAssists marketing team as needed through teamwork across OA and practicesOther duties as assigned, and support with various marketing campaigns, creative, and outreach as arisesQualificationsThe ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and efficiently while meeting deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA deep understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths and weaknesses (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)Strong storytelling and presentation skillsAbility to review data and translate into insightsStrong attention to detailTeam player, builder, and positive culture cultivatorThe ability to execute tactical and strategic direction with independent judgmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubspotThe ability to develop big ideas and bring them to fruitionA high level of critical thinking ability and curiosityDesign fluency coupled with excellent typography and visual design sensibilitiesGeneralAttend department, clinic or company meetings as requiredDemonstrate sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concernsConsistently work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow staff members.Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures.Core ValuesCommunication:Verbal and written communications are effective in soliciting and conveying information.Information is clear, concise and timely.OrthoAlliance Policies: Consistently adheres to OrthoAlliance Policies and Procedures (i.e.: including but not limited to: appropriate cell phone and computer usage, dress code, etc.).Also follows all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.Teamwork: Demonstrates teamwork within department and with company contacts.Allows for flexibility in how work is accomplished.
