With a solid foundation in our rapidly expanding core product, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our executive team in driving strategic growth initiatives. This hybrid role is based in our downtown Austin, Texas office.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to evaluate M&A opportunities and other strategic initiatives, identifying synergies, risks, and potential financial impact.Build tools and dashboards to analyze key performance metrics, allowing leadership to make data-driven decisions and track business performance.Work closely with the executive team to prioritize strategic initiatives based on business goals and financial impact, ensuring alignment with SafeLease's growth objectives.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that support our expansion strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, concise reports that inform business decisions.Support the development of financial models to forecast growth and assess the viability of new business opportunities.Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, helping the company operate more efficiently and reduce operational risks.About You
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on strategic initiatives, M&A, or growth opportunities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to build tools that simplify data analysis and inform decision-making.Proven track record of supporting executive teams by providing actionable insights and prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable financial impact.Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work through complex challenges and find practical, data-driven solutions.Highly proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and translating findings into clear recommendations.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
