Conducts all-source analytic production by interpreting imagery including, but not limited to, visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts.

Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.Minimum Qualifications:

Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)Education Requirement:

MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; ORBA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; ORHS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience.Desired Experience:

Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder.Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)Desired Skillset:

The company offers medical, dental, and vision. Life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability are offered and paid for by the company. We have 24 pay periods in a calendar year and are paid twice a month on the 10th and 25th.
