Responsibilities: As a Nuclear Medicine Tech II, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Radiography Therapeutic team, including the Nuclear Medicine Physician, providing optimal exams and procedures. Your expertise in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and performing preventative maintenance on department equipment will be crucial in delivering not only top care but comfortable and efficient treatment to our patients while adhering to all guidelines and regulations. Joining this team will allow you to serve as a vital link in the continuum of care for our patients, providing constant opportunity to grow your career in a place where you're encouraged to reach new heights, blending passion with purpose Qualifications: Education & Experience Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Associate's Degree in related field required Licenses and Certifications BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required CTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine all scopes including venipuncture required Must have one of the following primary certification: NMTCB(CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist ARRT(N) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology Additional post-primary advanced certification preferred ​ARRT(CT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Computed Tomography NMTCB(PET) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Positron Emission Tomography NMTCB(NCT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Nuclear Cardiology Technologist Disclaimers: • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change. • If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
