The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) is an exciting opportunity for LPNs to start in our hiring pool, receive standardized training to St. Luke’s and the opportunity to rotate through clinics to find a permanent position in a Treasure Valley clinic that is an ideal fit. Your Treasure Valley work location will vary based on current open positions and preference, including location, specialty, and shift.

What you can expect from this role

Clinic rotations offer a chance to explore different clinic positions firsthand and can help individuals make more informed decisions on final placement

Gain experience and expertise through our comprehensive standardized medical assistant onboarding, preparing you to excel in the dynamic environment of our clinics

Part-time and full-time day shift opportunities available

Primary Care and Specialty Clinic positions available

Qualifications

Education

Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program

Certifications

Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
