Job Responsibilities
Providing expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities in the areaKeeping track of care options and tracking outcomes with other medical staffWorking with residents and medical staff to develop care plansBeing accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plansProperly setting up and monitoring medical equipmentEnsuring residents receive appropriate treatments and medicationsDrawing bodily fluids for lab evaluationReviewing best care options with residents and family membersMaking sure staff remains compliant with facility policies and nursing standardsOverseeing the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventionsProviding training and supervision of nurses and support staffHelping staff with incident investigations
Qualifications and Skills
Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)Successful completion of approved nursing program6 months of experience (RN or related role)Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbsAdvanced organizational skills
