Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,260 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS (Med/Tele RN with cardiac-related responsibilities) Job Requirements Must have PCU experience & be able to read strips Tele/cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience Epic preferred Ok with first-time travelers RN's required to titrate drips Experience with Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No Levo Charge Nurse on each shift, occasionally take a light load 2-3 patients RN's required to read their own strips Schedule Information Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a Weekend Requirement: Every other Holiday Requirements: Every other Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/boarding Unit Specific Information of Beds: 32 Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3 Common diagnosis/Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid Bipap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, pneumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis RT Equipment: Bipap, trachs, airvo, etc. Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Tele portable monitors and monitors in the rooms, and tech at the nurses station. Additional Details Scrubs provided; any color scrubs Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
