Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager will be responsible for the information technology infrastructure and security operations across the enterprise. This position will ensure the continuity of business operations by providing the leadership and technical expertise necessary to maintain the availability and integrity of the DiGeronimo Companies IT network infrastructure and protection of data.

This leadership role will also collaborate with team members throughout the organization to achieve corporate goals by delivering cost-effective and secure solutions which, in turn, promotes business growth. The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager will be a vital role in the development of a technology roadmap which aligns with business goals and promotes a growth culture for the team.

Responsibilities :Promote and establish strong, positive, and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's vision, core values and business principles.Serves as an IT ambassador, enhancing our "Brand" as a business partner. Sought out as a trusted advisor.Provide guidance to business project teams to ensure network infrastructure technology and security planning.Foster a team culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Acquire, develop, and mentor team members, ensuring their opportunity for success and growth.Ensure the availability and security of information systems and data in accordance with company security policies and industry best practices.Assist in developing and maintaining information security awareness programs, including employee training.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable technology business solutions.Limit technical debt and add business value through application of emerging technologies.Manage vendor and service provider relationships and ensuring effective integration into overall IT capabilities.Develop, document, and implement clear standards, operational procedures, and processes.Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and favorable key performance indicators (KPIs).Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans, performing regular tests and simulations.Oversee risk-mitigating solutions including vulnerability management and systems patching.Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communicationsAssist with IT budget planning and management, including technology procurement.Assists with information security policy development.Provide advanced (tier 3) support for problem-solving and root cause analysis.Manage network infrastructure implementations and changes, ensuring adherence to change management policies.Utilize monitoring tools to analyze traffic, system utilization and availability, and for capacity planning.Ensure secure identity and access management practices, including MFA and SSO (SAML/OAuth).Drive operational efficiency through script development, automation, and adherence to technical standards.Lead periodic network health and security assessments, providing recommendations for tuning and improvement.Serve as escalation point for problem resolution, on-call support, and after-hours maintenance activities.Demonstrate initiative in independent work. Undertake additional duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.2-3 years' experience in a management or technical leadership role.5-7 years' experience designing, implementing, and administering secure IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.5-7 years' cybersecurity management experience.3-5 years' experience in client systems administration and solutions delivery.Relevant certifications are a plus but not required (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP, Security+).Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices in network management.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to identify security risks and propose effective solutions.Prior success leading complex infrastructure projects and improving business operations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL), project management, and work management tools.Ability to delegate, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to produce detailed design, standards, process, and operational documentation.Willingness to work outside of normal business hours and travel to other offices and job sites as needed.

Work is frequently performed in an office setting with controlled climate.

Physical Requirements:

This position primarily involves sitting for extended periods, working on a computer, and performing repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse. Employees must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. This position primarily involves sitting, standing, walking, use of technology requiring adequate up-close vision and the ability to adjust focus, manual dexterity, hearing and speaking.
