Nurse Practitioners will be traveling to patient homes within county limits of their choice to complete Annual Health Assessments on Medicare Advantage members.The assessments will include the following responsibilities:Reviewing patient's past medical historyReview of systemsPhysical ExamMedication ReviewDepression ScreeningChecking VitalsFormulating list of current and past medical conditionsHighlightsPosition - House Calls NPOn-going Contract (W2)Weekly PayFlexible Scheduling - Make your own schedule (Minimum hour requirement of 10 hours/week)No PrescribingSame day cancelation feesQualificationsActive NP licenseMUST be AANP or ANCC certifiedMinimum of 6 months of PAID NP experienceMust be either
