This is a great opportunity to directly impact the citizens of Oklahoma! This role will be vital in keeping up with transportation initiatives happening around OK State.Responsibilities:Monthly Tracking of ITS Mileage:
Responsible for tracking and documenting ITS vehicle mileage on a monthly basis. This includes identifying any discrepancies or shortages inreported mileage and coordinating with drivers to adjust assignments as necessary.Assistance with Claims Processing:
Assist in filing claims, breaking down necessary documents, and inputting accurate data into the appropriate systems.Updating the ITS Budget Sheet:
Update the ITS budget sheet bi-weekly, linking various spreadsheets and verifying the accuracy of the data.Processing Claims for Vendor Invoices:
Manage the processing of claims for payment of invoices from multiple vendors.Posting Work Orders and Information in SharePoint:
Posting work orders and pertinent information in SharePoint, to ensure proper tracking and filing of all administrative documentation.Qualifications:Proficiency working with ExcelExperience with Sharepoint is a Huge PlusExperience processing or managing claims is a plusComfortable learning and working with multiple systems simultaneously1-3 years of data entry experience preferred.On the job training will be provided.
