We are seeking an Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Data Management Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama, who will be responsible for managing data using TopVue. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that CDRLs are acted upon, and monitored, and responses are delivered within the assigned suspense dates.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide input, suggestions, and guidance to create and support the implementation of configuration management and data management systems.Manage the approved ASE Product design baseline by reviewing, tracking, updating, and archiving ASE Product CDRLs and configuration control documents such as specifications, Interface Control Documents, and Engineering Change orders.Utilize expertise to plan, execute, and control configuration management, status accounting, data management, and standardization programs for the development and integration of ASE systems.Collaborate with the Technical engineering team to enhance CDRL review efficiency and provide support for configuration management activities within the PMO Technical Division and the Product Offices.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably from an ABET accredited university.3 years of data management/configuration experience working within a government/DoD environment.Experience with data management systems such as TopVue or WindChill.Able to utilize SharePoint applications required to support technical data management.Able to work onsite at customer facility.Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.Preferred Requirements
An active Secret security clearance.Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
