About the Role

The IT Technical Support Representative facilitates the operation of Finity IT equipment. This role works under the guidance of Finity's Network Engineer and in partnership with the rest of the IT team to assist in day-to-day technical tasks and general staff support for the company. This role is primarily remote, yet will be asked to assist onsite occasionally in one of Finity's two Portland locations and to provide equipment transport services. We anticipate 80% remote and 20% onsite in this role. The successful candidate will:

Process help desk requestsTrack and log IT incidentsMonitor and resolve automated system alertsConfigure and install new IT equipmentManage file servers, domain controllers, and directory services (Active Directory and Entra/Azure AD)Manage firewalls and network equipmentManage server and workstations backupsTest and deploy weekly patch updatesManage email, chat, and ticketing systemsManage IT projects and performs ongoing IT maintenance workManage employee access rightsManage and updates IT documentationWhat We Offer

This is a primarily remote, in-home position. Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace is required. Finity provides all necessary equipment and assists with in-home remote technology setup.

Requirements

Salary Description

$21.63 - $26.44 per hour DOE
