What you'll do on a typical day:
Supervise the Inventory Control teamMaintain inventory records and reconcile discrepanciesEstablish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitmentsPromote and implement continuous improvement initiativesTrain, motivate and lead others within area of responsibilityFacilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and proceduresWhat you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
2 years of related experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt'd be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field2 years of supervisory experienceBilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to:
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsStand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
