What You Will DoShop Floor Coordinator is a Materials Team Member Perform diversified, logistical duties of a complex nature in coordinating the activities of material process associated throughout the movement of material on the shop floor; or analytical duties to resolve complex and diversified problems related to material functions.This is a 2nd shift opportunityProvide logistical support to material management groups in their analysis of data related to lead times, scheduling, inventory, and procurement of parts and materials.Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and other groups involved to resolve problems, and make special arrangement for unusual situations in order to meet program schedules and goals.Operation of vertical lift exceeding heights of 10ft. In addition to operation of a standard fork-lift. (if necessary)Analyze and interpret the numerous methods and techniques of shipping/receiving process, making recommendations to avoid problems or eliminate difficulties.Possess good people and communication skills within a team environment to expedite product through process in order to meet customer demand.Willingness to adapt to technical/operational changes to include being present until shipping/receiving/shop floor control duties are complete.Advanced usability of Microsoft Office - Strong computer capability.Provide logistical support to accommodate demands of customer and/or vendor.Qualifications You Must Have

HS Diploma or GEDU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
