Job Summary:The Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst will lead and coordinate various projects aimed at improving productivity and documenting system enhancements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions. The candidate will act as a key liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables. The role requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:•Analyze current processes, document requirements, and suggest future-state improvements.•Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.•Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.•Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with technical teams to implement solutions.•Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.•Manage relationships with vendors and ensure they meet their commitments.•Facilitate project team meetings to ensure the timely completion of project milestones.•Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned.•Create, manage, and maintain project schedules, risk logs, and documentation.•Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues.•Participate in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.•Develop and implement project management methodologies to drive successful project completion.Required Qualifications:•5-7 years of experience in project management/business analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.•Strong understanding of project management methodologies.•Experience leading and supporting multiple interdepartmental IT projects.•Ability to build user stories, use cases, and perform gap analysis.•Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•Knowledge of IT systems and processes.•Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.•Experience in managing vendor relationships within the project lifecycle.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience with healthcare enterprise systems.•Previous experience working with a COTS-based provider.Education: Bachelors Degree
