Contract to Permanent Hire Full Time Duties: - Perform welding on various metal components and structures - Operate welding equipment and tools such as stick welders, plasma cutters, and hand tools - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols - Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications - Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs or adjustments - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Requirements: - Proven experience as a Welder - Proficient in welding techniques and processes - Knowledge of other welding techniques - Familiarity with ductwork, pipe threading, and soldering - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy materials (if applicable) - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects If you require reasonable accommodation to make your application or interview experience a great one, please contact hr@trotterworkforce.com.
