Job Duties:
Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble productsRecord data associated with the building of products on build recordsCommunicate with Leads and Supervisors when issues related to materials, processes, and/or written procedures are encounteredWork with engineers and supervisors to perform special assembly requestsFollow all related quality, compliance, and Company policies and proceduresLearn and maintain knowledge and skills to perform successfully in at least 6+ manufacturing proceduresOther department dependent duties as assigned or requiredMaintain a safe and clean working environment by keeping work area in a neat and organized mannerMust be willing to work overtime when neededRequirements:Ability to do small part assembly work using a microscope, vision system, and/or related automated equipmentAbility to clearly and effectively communicate (read, write and speak in English) with peers, engineers, leads, supervisors, and managersBasic math skillsKnowledge of basic measuring techniques, including scales, rulers, US and metric measurementHS diploma or equivalent1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device assemblyAbility to work with chemicalsMust be able to use a microscopeBenefits : Use this link bit.ly/4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees.From time to time Eastridge's clients may offer additional benefits to Eastridge employees while on assignment.Information about those benefits will be communicated when applicable.
