Job DescriptionPrincipal Accountabilities: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols. Perform physical assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with pediatricians, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments,. Document all nursing actions, observations, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in planning and ensure continuity of care through effective communication. Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
