Kforce s Milwaukee-based client is looking to bring on a senior Azure Data Engineer to their team for a long term project. This is a contract role and the candidate must reside or relocate to the greater Milwaukee area, however the expectation is that the Azure Data Engineer will only need to come into the office approximately once/week. The successful Azure Data Engineer should be proactive, has a leadership mentality and enjoys an innovative and fast paced environment.

Required Skills : * Experience with Git (DevOps and Agile methodology is a plus) * Experience with Python for automation and data-related tasks (working with REST APIs, dataframes/pandas, etc.) * Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on creating abstracted solutions for data ingestion * A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques * Experience using Apache Spark * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams * Experience creating CI/CD pipelines is a plus * Azure Synapse experience * Some Data Modeling experience would be helpful * ADF workflow experience * GIT experience * Python experience * Spark experience * MS or Azure SQL experience * Azure DevOps experience would be helpful * Cloud experience - preferred Azure - AWS could workBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :Rank :A2Requested Date :2023-04-04
