Assistant Controller . This role is pivotal to the company's growth trajectory, offering a unique opportunity to be groomed as the next Corporate Controller as they experience this tremendous growth.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all transactional accounting functions, including overseeing a team of 3-5 staff members.Lead and perform month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements and reports for internal use.Provide senior management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress.Manage and optimize the functionality of accounting software, specifically NetSuite, and ensure proper utilization of ExcelCoordinate external audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a plus.Minimum of 5+ years of accounting management experience, preferably within the Construction industry or a similar service provider organization.Strong proficiency with a large ERP software and advanced Excel skills.Strong Analytical skillsExperience working with Operations.Compensation and Benefits:Salary Range:
$125,000 - $135,000 +/- plus bonus (flexible for the right candidate).Benefits:
