Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Data Management Analyst 3 for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Assignment to project teams to represent information security requirements and perform operations and administration tasksAct as Subject Matter Expertise (SME) over IAM practices, policies and procedures for the access management of DatabasesDatabase Resource ManagementHands on experience in trouble shooting and performance tuning of SQL and stored proceduresMaintain internal databases with a variety of informationLiaising with other process owners and functional areas (egPerform analysis of data, hierarchies, and processes that are critical to existing and future EPM systemsUnderstand and requirements from key stakeholders by conducting interviewsLearn how to Design, develop, test, and/or implement objects including (but not limited to) web forms, business rules, calculation scriptsSupport testing activities between IT, the Planning application support team and the EPM reporting team
Requirements:
4+ years of Data Management, Project Management in Financial Services industryWholesale Lending or Credit Risk experienceRegulatory Reporting experience (FRY14, 2052a)Data element mapping, lineage, controls and metrics experienceGood understanding of risk management frameworkStrong written / verbal communications and program and process managementExecutive presence and ability to explain data management concepts to all levelsAbility to motivate and influence lead cross functional teams in matrixed environmentAbility to prioritize book of work in fast paced environment and continue to make incremental progressInquisitive and willingness and aptitude to learn (e.g., Wholesale Operations, FRY14 Regulatory Reporting)Desired Skills and Experience
