POSITION SUMMARYCardone Ventures is looking for a Data Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant data management within the Profisee MDM solution. This role will enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and maintain data integrity. The Data Analyst will collaborate on data governance policies and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:Ensuringaccurate, consistent, and compliant data management within the Profisee MDM solution, driving high-quality decision-making across the organization.Increasing operational efficiency, reduce redundancies, and ensure data integrity across B2C touchpoints.Informingbusiness strategies, contributing to measurable improvements in customer experience and business outcomes.OBJECTIVESLead and oversee the data stewardship activities within the Profisee MDM solution to ensure high data quality standards are maintained.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data governance policies and practices.Develop and monitor key data quality metrics, ensuring data is reliable, accurate, and accessible across the business.Support business operations and decision-making by providing detailed reports and actionable insights from data analysis.Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources into the MDM platform.Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with business needs.Regularly review and update data governance processes to adapt to business growth and changes.Train and support the data stewardship team on best practices and tools related to data management and the MDM solutionCOMPETENCIESExpertise in Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, specifically Profisee or equivalent solutions.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data.Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data stewardship principles.Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.Advanced knowledge of data quality management, including data cleansing, normalization, and validation techniques.Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent to create reports and dashboards.Solid understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and modeling.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement effective solutions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School or GED required10X TOTAL REWARDSMedical, dental, and vision for FT positions and their dependentsVacation and sick time policy that increases based on tenure with the companyThree work from home days per month (4/month during June-August)Employee Assistance Program through Guardian401k with Company match (estimated to launch in Q1 2025)Pet Insurance through SPOT for your 10X pets!Competitive parental leave policy: 100% paid - 8 weeks for primary caregiver, and 4 weeks for secondary caregiver + 1 month remote for bothEmployee wellness initiatives including a 100% paid for gym membership and access to discounts on local meal prep servicesProfessional Development through reimbursements for courses/certifications outside of CV, and a 10X Mentorship ProgramContinued Education: we provide team members complete access to our range of educational resources valued at over $250,000 in areas such as Sales, Operations, People, Finance and MarketingUncapped Commission Potential: all of our team members have the opportunity to sell our Products/Services (and are trained on how to do so).
