Home Loan Specialist

Location: Moorpark, CASchedule: 5 days/week onsitePay: $23/hourThe Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.The Home Loan Specialist will:Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values PAY RATE IS $23.00/hrREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCERequirements:Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
