Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Night Shift Network Analyst (Hybrid) for an opportunity with a client located in Brookfield, WI.
Responsibilities:Research and analyze network architecture, and recommend policies and strategies for designing and planning networksConfigure computer software and hardware to ensure computers within a network can communicate effectivelyInstall, upgrade, and maintain network routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor system performance, software and hardware upgrades, and backups
Act as the technical liaison for network product or system vendors
Simplify technical concepts for non-technical users, and write coherent technical reports
Requirements:PC troubleshooting experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer networking and phone systems experienceCustomer service or field service experienceTechnical documentation skillsCCNA or A+ certificationsNeed Cisco route/switch troubleshooting experienceNeed Firewall troubleshooting experience (checkpoint is ideal)Ideally some F5 and Log Analysis experienceExperience supporting multiple sites including branches, towers, datacenters etcThis is within Network Operations, not engineering or project work
