Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our talented workforce and fostering a positive work environment. You'll partner closely with leaders to:

Drive employee engagement:

Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Foster a positive culture:

Maintain adherence to all relevant labor laws and company policies.Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution.Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes.

Performance Management:

Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.Assist with employee development planning and career progression.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

HR Analytics:Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and KPIs.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Facilitate training sessions and workshops.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or business partner role, preferably within a mining, construction, utilities, or heavy industry setting.Proven track record of effectively managing employee relations, including handling confidential and sensitive information.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply the organization's HR policies and strategies.A commitment to safety and a proven safe work record.Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in labor relations.Knowledge of industry-specific HR practices and regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.Experience with change management and organizational development.
