Position Responsibilities
Manage and schedule a team of office custodians, ensuring janitorial tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies meet Uline standards and procedures.
Conduct custodial team coaching, training and performance reviews.
Perform inventory, receive and store supplies / equipment.
Ensure all cleaning duties are performed safely.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of related experience. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
