Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated property accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience and will be accustomed to posting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and producing financial statements.

This role is for an an HOA management company, so they are looking for someone with distinct HOA or property management experience. Each accountant manages a portfolio of HOAs, some big, some smaller, some cash basis, some accrual basis.

• Candidate must have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
• Must have experience with ERP systems
• Looking for a candidate with strong communications skills and a leadership background
• Degree is preferred, not required

This position is fully in office to start.
