Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Gastroenterology in Yakima, WA

A facility is seeking a gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage. Discover the rich agricultural heritage of the Yakima Valley with visits to local wineries, orchards, and farms. Explore the outdoor beauty of nearby destinations like Mount Rainier National Park and the Yakima River Canyon. This is a GI Hospitalist/inpatient GI call coverage request. The facility strongly prefers candidates who perform ERCP. The clinician is responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly or routed through the designated clinic MA. The clinician must coordinate additional steps to include referrals, follow-ups, and additional imaging as may be necessary. Candidates must be board-certified and hold an active WA license (or IMLC with LOQ in hand).
