Job Title: Software Developer IISummary:As a Software Developer II, you will be responsible for analyzing current business information systems, applications, and tools to identify and implement moderately complex solutions that align with organizational needs. Using established procedures, industry knowledge, and general supervision, you will develop, maintain, and improve software systems to support business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments related to business information systems and applications, ensuring that business needs are met, risks are mitigated, and performance is optimized.Design, develop, test, and analyze both new and existing software solutions.Implement recommendations for improving system design and enhancing performance and productivity based on analysis.Develop and document best practices and processes, incorporating feedback from management and end-users.Oversee the installation and maintenance of software systems, providing ongoing technical support for moderately complex applications and tools.Perform code and configuration audits to ensure system accuracy and performance.Create technical documentation, such as user guides, to support the operation, maintenance, and development of systems.Anticipate business challenges and propose solutions that enhance system value, including process optimizations and user experience improvements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve software and business system issues, maintaining cohesive partnerships.May provide guidance to junior developers in small-scale projects or components of larger initiatives.Qualifications and Experience:8+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in:Angular 16+.Net Core 5+MS SQL and PostgreSQLProven experience in designing, developing, and supporting in-house applications.Skilled in building and maintaining REST and SOAP APIs.Strong database design and management experience.Experience integrating with external systems.Proficient in GIT, adhering to DevOps CI/CD standards through existing pipelines.This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful software solutions that align with business goals.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
