We are actively seeking drivers who put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. We are looking for team members who are problem solvers, reliable, hardworking, motivated, dependable, eager to learn and want to be part of a dynamic team!
*Former Amazon/Flex, FedEx, UPS driving experience preferred but not required.

Hourly Salary (Finish work early! We guarantee 40hrs pay regardless of hours worked! In order to receive guarantee pay, you must hit your safety metrics, 92% of our drivers hit their safety metrics daily.)
Example: Full time: work 36 hours get paid for 40! Part Time: work 26 hours get paid for 30!Hourly Pay Rate range is $20.75-22.00/hourGift cards and/or Prizes awarded to the Driver of the Week and Driver of the MonthBonuses, Raffles and Drawings during Peak week(s)

Drivers will report to
10575 Memphis Avenue Brooklyn, OH 44144
and will be provided with uniforms, company vans, equipment and gas cardsShifts are 10 hours/day.10:00am Start timeFull Time is 4 days
(1 weekend day required each week)Must be 21yrs of age with a valid driver's license (CDL is NOT req.) and must consent to a 5-panel drug screening.Must be able to move boxes up to 70lbs and be able to get in and out of a van multiple times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be able to safely and efficiently operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000lbs. or less while following a GPS/turn-by-turn directionsFollow strict safety standards on and off roadUse a hand-held delivery deviceInteract professionally with Customers and Amazon managementDeliver packages in a safe, timely, secure fashionProfessional growth : we offer career growth opportunities such as moving into Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Operations Manager roles, DOT certification, and professional development and training
