Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President in San Francisco, CA to oversee and manage deal execution processes, coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transactions efficiently, and review and approve transaction-related documents, including pitching materials, offering memoranda, and due diligence reports.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage deal execution processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transactions efficiently.
Review and approve transaction-related documents, including pitching materials, offering memoranda, and due diligence reports.
Perform valuation analysis on public and private companies, including DCF, Trading Comparables, Transaction Comparables, SoTP, and LBO analysis.
Build financial models to evaluate and forecast client’s operational and financial performance.
Perform industry and macroeconomic research to track market trends and identify business targets and opportunities.
Provide strategic business analysis on corporate finance transactions solutions, including qualitative analysis.
Lead financial modeling and business due diligence efforts and client meetings.
Outline and prepare Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working within a financial services institution advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions.
Salary range: $275,000– $285,000/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
