Role Summary

As a Associate, Talent Acquisition at EQ, you will spearhead all recruitment-related strategies and initiatives in support of the company’s business goals. This includes sourcing, screening and liaising with hiring managers in negotiating complex compensation packages to close deals with top talent. You will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, in addition to conducting in-depth market mappings to proactively identify talent. Fostering relationships is important to you whether it’s collaborating internally or pipelining talent externally for future opportunities. You will also support talent management initiatives, like employee onboarding, to ensure those you help bring into the organization are set up for success from the start. This role reports to the SVP, Head of People & Culture and is based in the office, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with Marketing and Communications team on branding and messaging strategy to potential candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, direct applicants, and partner with external agencies & search firms when needed.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews and maintain and update candidate tracking systems.

Prepare and send offer letters and other relevant documentation.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including initiating background checks, coordinating orientation and ensuring a smooth transition into EQ.

Collaborate with the People & Culture colleagues to identify and address any recruitment and talent management-related issues or improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment and talent management processes.

Track key recruiting metrics and compile TA data reports and insights.

Ensure that all practices and reporting complies with all federal, state and local laws.

Develop and implement strategies to grow early career talent pool.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years experience recruiting in-house or at an agency / search firm.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with Workday is preferred.

High-level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Salary range for posting: $90,000-100,000
