Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, you will assist with basic accounting tasks and provide general administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointmentsCoordinate meetings and events, including preparing materials and arranging logisticsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone callsMaintain organized filing systems and databasesAssist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reportsProvide general administrative support to team members as neededQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
